Jon Chisholm, DDS
Dr. Jon Chisholm graduated Cum Laude in 1997 from the Medic al College of Virginia and won awards in prosthodontics. He moved back to Utah and worked for his father, who is a dentist in Monroe, Utah for 2 years. In May 1999, he opened his practice in Santaquin, Utah and has enjoyed practicing dentistry in this growing community. Dr. Chisholm is a member of the ADA and UDA and attends many continuing education courses throughout the year to keep up to date on procedures, materials and equipment. Jon and his wife, Cathi and their 7 children reside in West Mountain. As a family they love to spend time together on the lake with their boat, watching basketball and gardening.
